We offer a 30-day return policy on most unopened and unused products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team to initiate a return or exchange.
Are Rudy’s Barbershop products sulfate-free and paraben-free?
Yes, many of our signature shampoos, conditioners, and styling products are formulated without sulfates or parabens to ensure the health of your hair and scalp.
Can I use a gift card purchased in-shop for online orders?
Currently, physical gift cards purchased at our barbershop locations are separate from online store credits. Please ensure you are using the correct code for the platform you are shopping on.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to more international destinations soon.
