Return Process

  Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and were purchased directly from our online store or a physical barbershop location.

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
